These Terms govern access to and use of the website dzenway.com and its related sections/services (including the “Library,” comments, and subscriptions). By using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

  • Guarantee that you hold the necessary rights and are not infringing on others’ rights.
  • Bear full responsibility for the legality and content of your materials.
  • Grant Dzenway a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, display, distribute, process, translate, and create derivative works of your content solely for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the site/services, while maintaining your authorship.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, and/or block content and accounts that violate the Terms or law, and to limit features of the “Library” and comments.
